International Leprosy Association-History of Leprosy:
The result of an ambitious project that began in 2001 aiming at creating a platform of bibliographic, iconographic, mapping and documentary resources that facilitate and promote research on leprosy around the world.
Infolep (Leprosy Information Services):
The main virtual library on leprosy, with nearly thirty thousand full-text publications viewable online.
IDEA (International Association for Integration, Dignity and Economic Advancement):
This association, committed to the defence and rights of people affected by leprosy, includes, among its other initiatives, that of collecting the testimonies of the main protagonists of leprosy around the world, from the people affected to health workers, researchers and care centre managers.
Sasakawa Health Foundation:
Created in 1974, this foundation is actively working to promote health and defend human dignity by training the people and communities affected by Hansen's disease to overcome discriminatory stigma.
ILEP (International Federation of Anti-Leprosy Associations):
Founded in 1966, ILEP is a federation of thirteen international non-governmental organisations working in sixty-five countries to achieve a leprosy-free world.
Global Partnership for Zero Leprosy:
An international coalition of organisations committed to ending Hansen's leprosy or disease.
